Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products and services at Emergency24services operated by "Direct 24 Web Advertising LTD".

We want to make sure that our customers have an exceptional experience. The below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy. Please read it carefully.

  1. 1. Within 7 days from the payment, if the technician disputes the service because the intervention was not carried out by them, they will be totally refunded through credit entry in the same credit card within 14 days;
  2. 2. Within 7 days from the payment, if the technician disputes the amount of the payment because the intervention costed Y rather than X (as proved by the tax invoice issued by the latter to the client) the amount in excess will be refunded within 14 days.
  3. 3. Within 7 days of the payment, the technician has the right to contest the payment in writing for whatever reason they deem appropriate. The compliant will be passed to the complaints department of Direct24 that will verify its grounds and possibly validate it. The final decision will be communicated to the technician within 5 working days. If the complaints department of Direct24 decides so, a full or partial refund will be made within 14 days of the decision.
  4. 4. In no other case a refund will be allowed.
